Currently, Lloyd Hyunsoo Hong occupies the position of Secretary & Chief Legal Officer at Franco-Nevada Corp. Mr. Hong is also Member of The Law Society of Upper Canada and Member of Law Society of British Columbia.

Mr. Hong previously occupied the position of Partner at Davis LLP and Senior VP, Legal Counsel & Assistant Secretary at Uranium One, Inc.

Mr. Hong received an undergraduate degree from the University of Alberta and a graduate degree from Queen's University.
