Founder of GeneProt, Inc., Marc Funk currently is Chief Executive Officer of Recipharm AB.

He is also on the board of Chime Biologics Ltd. and Bionter AG.

Mr. Funk previously was Chief Executive Officer at Lonza Group AG, General Counsel at GeneProt, Inc. and General Counsel at Merck Serono SA.

Mr. Funk received a graduate degree from the University of Geneva and a graduate degree from The Fletcher School.
