He is also on the board of IDEX Corp.

In his past career he occupied the position of President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. and President & Chief Executive Officer for JELD-WEN, Inc. (a subsidiary of JELD-WEN Holding, Inc.), Executive VP-Environmental Technologies at Corning, Inc., Executive Vice President for Danaher Corp. and Senior Vice President of Corning Life Sciences, Inc.

Mr. Beck received an undergraduate degree from Pacific University and an MBA from Harvard University.
