Presently, Mark Kaye occupies the position of Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President for Moody's Corp. Mr. Kaye is also Fellow at The Society of Actuaries.

He previously was Chief Financial Officer & SVP-Retirement Solution at Voya Financial, Inc. and CFO, Senior VP, Head-Financial Planning & Analysis at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co.

He received an MBA and an undergraduate degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
