Founder of Moran & Co., Mary Ann King holds the position of Co-Chairman of Moran & Co. and President & Director at Donald P Gustafson Foundation.

She is also on the board of UDR, Inc., United Dominion Realty LP and Over The Rainbow Association.

Ms. King previously occupied the position of Vice President-Real Estate Department at Continental Bank Corp., Chairman at National Multifamily Housing Council and Chairman-Multifamily Products Council at The Urban Land Institute.

Mary Ann King received an undergraduate degree from Middlebury College, a graduate degree from Harvard University and an MBA from Northwestern University.
