Presently, Massimiliano Casoni holds the position of Chief Operating Officer of Technogym SpA.

In his past career Mr. Casoni was Production Manager at Ferrari NV and Director-Production Processes at Ferrari NV.

He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Bologna.
