Mr. Foster previously was EVP, Chief Information & Technology Officer at Canadian National Railway Co., Chief Information & Technology Officer at Sysco Corp., Chief Information Officer for FedEx Freight, Inc. and Senior VP-Information Technology at Federal Express Corp.

Mr. Foster received an undergraduate degree from Richmond College of London.
