Dr. Mustafa Ali Mohammed Al-Sayed is a Secretary at Royal Charity Organization and a Vice Chairman at Seef Properties BSC.

He is on the Board of Directors at Family Microfinance House, Bahrain Health & Safety Society, Fraser Suites Seef-Bahrain SPC, National Oil & Gas Holding Co., Seef Entertainment WLL, Egyptian Zakat House and Seef Properties BSC. Dr. Al-Sayed was previously employed as an Independent Non-Executive Director by Nass Corp. BSC, a Chief Executive Officer by Midal Cables Ltd., a Chief Engineer by Bahrain Ministry of Works, and a General Manager by Gulf Petrochemical Industries Co.

He also served on the board at Gulf Air BSC, National Oil & Gas Authority and The Bahrain Petroleum Co. BSC.

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Portsmouth, a graduate degree from the University College Dublin and a doctorate degree from the University of London.
