Presently, Olga Vysotskaya occupies the position of Member of Independent Directors Association. Ms. Vysotskaya is also on the board of Irkutskaya Neftyanaya Kompaniya OOO, NIS AD, Volga OAO and SUEK Ltd.

In the past Ms. Vysotskaya occupied the position of Principal at KPMG LLP, Principal at Deloitte & Touche LLP and Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Olga Vysotskaya received an undergraduate degree from Pushkin Leningrad State University, a graduate degree from Russian Academy of Sciences and an MBA from the University of Bristol.
