Currently, Pascal Christian Duclos is Secretary & Group General Counsel at Dufry AG. Mr. Duclos is also Member of New York State Bar Association.

In the past Mr. Duclos was Senior Foreign Attorney at Beretta Kahale Godoy, Attorney at Kreindler & Kreindler LLP, Senior Attorney at Blatter Davidoff & Partner, Financial Planner at UBS AG (New York) and Academic Assistant at Geneva University Law School.

He received a graduate degree from Geneva University Law School and a graduate degree from Duke University School of Law.
