Presently, Phillip J. Ahn occupies the position of Chief Operating & Financial Officer at B. Riley Financial, Inc. and Chief Operating & Financial Officer for Great American Group LLC (a subsidiary of B. Riley Financial, Inc.).

He is also on the board of GA Asset Advisors Ltd. and Member of The New York Society of Security Analysts, Inc.

In the past Mr. Ahn held the position of Vice President for Altpoint Capital Partners LLC and Vice President for Stone Tower Equity Partners LLC (a subsidiary of Altpoint Capital Partners LLC) and Director at United Online, Inc.

He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from The Trustees of Columbia University in The City of New York.
