Prasit Kovilaikool occupies the position of Chairman for Oishi Group LLC and Chairman at Oishi Group Public Co. Ltd. Mr. Kovilaikool is also on the board of Berli Jucker Public Co. Ltd., Siam Food Products Public Co. Ltd., Chulalongkorn University Council and Asset World Corp. Pcl and Member of Agricultural Futures Trading Commission and Head-Curriculum Development at Huachiew Chalermprakiet University.

He previously was Member of Thai Bar Association, Chairman-Research & Law at the University of Chulalongkorn and Member of Chulalongkorn University Council.

Mr. Kovilaikool received a graduate degree from The Trustees of Columbia University in The City of New York and a graduate degree from the University of Chulalongkorn.
