Presently, Qing Pan holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Noah Holdings Ltd.

In the past Mr. Pan held the position of Chief Operating Officer of Gopher Asset Management Co. Ltd. and Audit Partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP.

He received an MBA and a graduate degree from Northeastern University and an undergraduate degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
