He previously occupied the position of Principal at General Electric Capital Corp., EVP-Acquisitions & Strategic Development at NFP Corp. and Senior Managing Director at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc.

He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
