Presently, Raymond Tatsun Chan is Chief Financial Officer of Gane Energy Corp. Mr. Chan is also on the board of TELUS Corp., Rising Sky Energy Ltd. and Value Creation, Inc.

In the past Mr. Chan held the position of Lead Independent Non-Executive Director at Baytex Energy Corp. and Executive Chairman at Baytex Energy Trust (a subsidiary of Baytex Energy Corp.), Chief Financial Officer of American Eagle Petroleums Ltd., Chief Financial Officer at Gane Energy Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer at Tarragon Oil & Gas Ltd.

Mr. Chan received an undergraduate degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
