Reginald Fils-Aimé founded Brentwood Partners, Inc. Presently, he is Chairman of UTA Acquisition Corp.

He is also on the board of Brunswick Corp., Spin Master Ltd., Washington Roundtable and Spin Master Corp.

In the past he was Executive Officer at Nintendo Co., Ltd. and President & Chief Operating Officer at Nintendo of America, Inc. (a subsidiary of Nintendo Co., Ltd.) and Senior Vice President-Marketing for VH1.

Mr. Fils-Aimé received an undergraduate degree from Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics & Management.
