Richard J. Harshman is a businessperson who has been at the helm of 7 different companies and presently occupies the position of President at ATI Titanium LLC. Mr. Harshman is also on the board of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., Ameren Corp., Robert Morris University (former Chairman) and National Association of Manufacturers and Chairman for The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, Director-Laurel Highlands Council at Boy Scouts of America, Director & Member at Allegheny Conference on Community Development and Member of Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra.

Mr. Harshman previously was Executive Chairman for Allegheny Technologies, Inc., Chairman at The United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania, Internal Auditor at Teledyne, Inc. and Chairman at Greater Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce.
