In the past Mr. Weiss held the position of Managing Director at Deutsche Asset Management, Inc., Secretary & General Counsel of Matlin & Partners Acquisition Corp., General Counsel for Moore Capital Management LP and General Counsel & Partner at MatlinPatterson Global Advisers LLC.
