Rosalind Nana Emela Kainyah founded Kina Advisory Ltd. Presently, Ms. Kainyah occupies the position of Managing Director at Kina Advisory Ltd. and President of International Women’s Forum (Ghana). Ms. Kainyah is also Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and on the board of 9 other companies.

In her past career Ms. Kainyah was Vice President-External Affairs at Tullow Oil Plc and Member of Bar of England & Wales.

She received an undergraduate degree from the University of Ghana and a graduate degree from University College London.
