He is also on the board of Xinyi Glass Holdings Ltd., Xinyi Automobile Glass (BVI) Co. Ltd., Xinyi Automobile Glass Hong Kong Enterprises Ltd. and Xinyi Automobile Glass Co. Ltd.

He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Melbourne and a graduate degree from Monash University.
