Stephen Perry is a Director of Straitshot Communications, Inc. He is Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Claritage. Mr. Perry founded of Signature Resorts, Inc. in 1992. He is a Trustee of the Stanford University, an Advisor of the W.E.B. DuBois Institute of Harvard University, and a Member of the James Madison Council. Previously, Mr. Perry was a Managing Director of Kirkland Investors LLC and a Director of Alliance Gaming Corp. (now Bally Technologies, Inc.). He worked for Trammell Crow Co. and the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. Mr. Perry received an MBA from Stanford University and a degree from Harvard University.
