In the past Mr. Voskuil was Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President of Avanos Medical, Inc., Partner at Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal LLP and Vice President-Finance for Kimberly-Clark Corp. and Vice President-Finance for Kimberly-Clark International Holding Ltd. (a subsidiary of Kimberly-Clark Corp.).

Mr. Voskuil received an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
