Steven H. Lipstein is on the board of Washington University in St. Louis, Ameren Corp., United Way of Greater St. Louis and Missouri Hospital Association.

Mr. Lipstein previously was Chairman for Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, Vice President-Administration at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Inc., President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at BJC Health System and President & Chief Operating Officer for The University of Chicago Medical Center.

Mr. Lipstein received an undergraduate degree from Emory University and a graduate degree from Duke University.
