Presently, Steven Allen Zadka is Executive Chairman for Cerro de Pasco Resources, Inc. and Chairman at Cerro de Pasco Resources SA (a subsidiary of Cerro de Pasco Resources, Inc.). Mr. Zadka is also on the board of Slave Lake Zinc Corp. and Managing Director at Trump Securities LLC.

He previously held the position of Associate of Casimir Capital LP and Managing Director at Sunrise Securities LLC.

He received an undergraduate degree from Baruch College.
