In his past career Mr. Ellerbeck was Member of Vodafone Group Plc Member-Management Board at Vodafone Deutschland GmbH and Communications Director at Vodafone GmbH (both are subsidiaries of Vodafone Group Plc), Head-Media Relations at Deutsche Lufthansa AG and Member-Broadcasting Council at Westdeutscher Rundfunk Köln.
