Tipawan Chayutimand is on the board of Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Co. Ltd., S Prime Growth Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust and S REIT Management Co., Ltd.

In her past career she occupied the position of Director-Large Business Tax Administration at Revenue Department of Thailand.

Ms. Chayutimand received an MBA from Kasetsart University and an undergraduate degree from Thammasat University.
