Currently, Tom Matthews is Partner at Pemba Capital Partners Pty Ltd. Mr. Matthews is also on the board of ReadyTech Bidco Pty Ltd., ReadyTech Holdings Ltd. and Readytech SaleCo Ltd. and Member of CFA Institute Society of Sydney.

In his past career he was Investment Director at Sovereign Capital Partners LLP.

Mr. Matthews received a graduate degree from Financial Services Institute of Australasia and an undergraduate degree from London School of Economics & Political Science.
