Currently, Wa Fong Hoi holds the position of Chairman of World Jinjiang Youth Association, Chairman at Powerlong Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust and Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director at Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Ltd., Chairman & President of Powerlong Commercial Management Holdings Ltd. (a subsidiary of Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Ltd.). Mr. Hoi is also on the board of China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce, China Overseas Friendship Association, Fujian Youth Federation and World Federation of Jin Jiang Clans and Member of All-China Youth Federation, Member of All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, Member of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of Xiamen and Executive Vice President at Xiamen Powerlong Group.

In his past career Wa Fong Hoi occupied the position of Deputy General Manager at Xiamen Powerlong Decoration Design Works Co. Ltd., Deputy General Manager for Xiamen Powerlong Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. and Vice President of Powerlong Group Development Co., Ltd.

Mr. Hoi received an MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and an undergraduate degree from Xiamen University.
