Currently, Wai Man Yau holds the position of Chief Financial Officer of C. & J. Clark International Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer & Executive Director at AMTD Strategic Capital Group. Mr. Yau is also on the board of Legend Biotech Corp. and Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In his past career he held the position of Chief Financial Officer & Director at AMTD IDEA Group, Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. (Hong Kong), Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (Hong Kong), Partner at Ernst & Young (China) and Managing Director at Protiviti Shanghai Co., Ltd.

Mr. Yau received an undergraduate degree from Lundquist College of Business and an MBA from The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.
