Presently, Walter Bruno Kielholz holds the position of Chairman of Swiss Re AG, Chairman-Supervisory Board of Schweizerische Rückversicherungs-Gesellschaft AG (a subsidiary of Swiss Re AG) and Chairman for Zürcher Kunstgesellschaft.

He is also on the board of The Institute of International Finance, Inc., Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Stiftung Avenir Suisse and Lucerne Festival and Member of International Business Leader Advisory Council, Member of Zurich Friends of the Arts and Member of International Monetary Conference.

Mr. Kielholz previously was Member of International Advisory Panel and Chairman for European Financial Services Round Table.

He received an undergraduate degree from the University of St. Gallen.
