Xiao Yan Zhang is on the board of Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd. and Jianpu Technology, Inc. and Associate Dean & Professor at PBC School of Finance Tsinghua University.

She previously occupied the position of Assistant Professor at Johnson Graduate School of Management and Professor at Krannert School of Management.

Dr. Zhang received a doctorate from Columbia Business School and an undergraduate degree from Peking University.
