Presently, Yi Zhang occupies the position of Chief Financial Officer for SINA Corp. Ms. Zhang is also on the board of Dada Nexus Ltd., Yatsen Holding Ltd. and TuSimple Holdings, Inc. and Member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ms. Zhang previously was Chief Financial Officer for Weibo Corp., Chief Financial Officer of AdChina Ltd., Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP and Audit Partner at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPA Ltd.

Ms. Zhang received an undergraduate degree from McDaniel College.
