Mr. Zhang is also on the board of China Real Estate Information Corp., KooGame Technologies Co., Ltd., Momo Technology HK Co. Ltd. and Beijing Momo Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Founding Managing Partner at Matrix Partners (Beijing) Investment Management Co. Ltd.

In his past career he held the position of Head of Office & Managing Director at WI Harper Group, Inc. (China) and Senior Venture Associate at ABN AMRO Capital.

He received a graduate degree from Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree from The California State University.
