Mr. Mo is also on the board of Orient Victory Travel Group Co., Ltd., China Travel Service Property Investment Hong Kong Ltd., China Spacesat Co., Ltd. and China Comfort Tourism Group Co., Ltd.

In his past career Mr. Mo was Senior Vice President of Orient Landscape Holdings Co. Ltd.

He received an MBA from École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris, a graduate degree from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and an undergraduate degree from Beijing Institute of Business.
