Presently, Yves Baribeault occupies the position of Secretary & Chief Legal Officer of Innergex Renewable Energy, Inc. Mr. Baribeault is also Member of Québec Bar Assoication and Member of Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.

In his past career Mr. Baribeault held the position of Chief-Labour Relations at Gus Canada, Inc. and Legal Counsel & Assistant Secretary at Air Liquide Canada, Inc.

Yves Baribeault received an undergraduate degree and a graduate degree from the University of Sherbrooke and an MBA from HEC Montréal.
