Derzeit ist Grant E. Isaac Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President bei Cameco Corp. und Mitglied des Bereichs Forschung, Entwicklung und Kommerzialisierung bei Enterprise Saskatchewan. Er ist außerdem im Vorstand der Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce, des W. Brett Wilson Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence, der Agricultural Biotechnology International Conference und der Raj Manek Foundation for Entrepreneurship sowie Vorstandsmitglied an der University of Saskatchewan und Associate am Estey Centre for Law & Economics in International Trade. Grant E. Isaac war zuvor Vorsitzender des Saskatchewan Higher Education Quality Assurance Board, Vorsitzender der Canadian Nuclear Association und Dekan an der Edwards School of Business.
