Kenneth J. Lapierre founded Grid Metals Corp. and JML Resources Ltd. Presently, he occupies the position of President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at Rockcliff Metals Corp. Mr. Lapierre is also Member of Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.

He previously held the position of Director & Vice President-Exploration at Grid Metals Corp., Vice President-Exploration of Findore Minerals, Inc., Vice President-Exploration at Tyranex Gold, Inc., President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at Rockcliff Resources, Inc. and President of JML Resources Ltd.

Mr. Lapierre received an undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario.
