Presently, Michael Bane holds the position of Chairman at Health Improvement Commission For Guernsey & Alderney Lbg, Chairman for HICL Infrastructure Co. Ltd. and Chairman of HICL Infrastructure Plc. Mr. Bane is also on the board of abrdn Property Income Trust Ltd., Guernsey Adult Literacy Project, Apax Global Alpha Ltd. and NextEnergy Renewables Ltd. and Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

In his past career Mr. Bane was Partner at Ernst & Young LLP (Guernsey) and President at The Guernsey Society of Chartered & Certified Accountants.

Mr. Bane received an undergraduate degree from the University of Oxford.
