Currently, Michelle Lane occupies the position of Director-Research and Development at Monash IVF Group Ltd. and Chief Scientific Officer for The Adelaide Fertility Centre Pty Ltd. (a subsidiary of Monash IVF Group Ltd.).

Dr. Lane received an undergraduate degree from the University of Melbourne and a doctorate from Monash University.
