Mr. Neil M. Hermon is a Director of UK Equities & Portfolio Manager at Janus Henderson Investors UK Ltd. and a Fund Manager at Henderson Smaller Cos. Investment Trust Plc.

He joined Henderson in 2002 as Head of UK Smaller Companies and has over 33 years of financial industry experience.

Prior to this, Mr. Hermon served as head of UK smaller companies for General Accident Investment Management (later to become CGU plc).

He began his career at Ernst & Young as a chartered accountant.

He received an MA (Honors) in Mathematics from Cambridge University and is an associate member of the Society of Investment Professionals (ASIP).
