He is also on the board of Kirby Corp., The National Ocean Industries Association (former Chairman) and DNOW LP and Member of Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association, Member of American Association of Drilling Engineers, Member of Tiger Athletic Foundation, Member of Forever LSU and Member-Managers Board at Bighorn Permian Resources LLC.

In the past Richard J. Alario held the position of Chief Executive Officer & Director at Key Energy Services, Inc., Vice President of BJ Services Co. LLC, Executive Vice President for OSCA, Inc. and Principal at Louisiana State University.

He received an undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University.
