Mr. Mariager is a Senior Advisor at L Catterton.
Mr. Mariager began his career in 1988 with McKinsey & Company where he stayed until 2012.
As a partner and senior partner, he served a broad range of consumer focused clients, including PE firms, on a wide range of topics, including strategy, organization, operations, sales/marketing, transformation/turn around and M&A. While at McKinsey, Mr. Mariager held a number of leadership positions including Head of the Foreign Affiliated Company Practice in Tokyo, Leader of the Firms Copenhagen Office, Co-leader of the European FMCG practice and Leader of the Consumer Practice in New York.
From 2013, Christian served as CEO of the successful globally expanding variety retailer Flying Tiger (Tiger) - a portfolio company of private equity firm EQT.
Mr. Mariager holds a BA in Science and Statistics from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
