Ward is Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel of IntelliDyne LLC.
She is a Member of the American Bar Association and the Virginia Bar Association, the Fairfax Bar Association.
Prior to joining IntelliDyne, Ms. Ward was a Senior Contracts Administrator of Vector Research, Inc. (now Altarum Institute) and Keane Federal Systems, Inc. She has over 10 years of federal contracting experience.
Ms. Ward received a BS degree from Eastern Michigan University and a JD degree from George Mason University.
She holds a Contract Management certification from the National Contract Management Association.
