Marco Fragale is currently the Chairman at Pluz Energía Perú SAA and Orygen Perú SAA. He is also a Director at Sociedad Nacional de Minería, Petróleo y Energía.

Mr. Fragale's former positions include Chairman & General Manager at Enel Generación Piura SA from 2021 to 2024, and General Manager at Enel Perú SAC.
He completed his undergraduate studies at Politecnico di Milano and Aalto University.
He also holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management and a graduate degree from Aalto University School of Science & Technology.
