Endurance Capital is an active, long-term manager which invests in medium-sized companies in special situations in German speaking countries in Europe. They have no sector focus. The firm seeks to invest in businesses with a turnover of EUR 20-200 million in special situations (liquidity, earnings and succession issues, outsourcing or restructuring. They invest up to EUR 3 million per investment as sole investor and co-invest with partners for larger transactions. Endurance Capital partners with their investee companies, typically taking a seat on the investee company's supervisory board, advisory board or as CRO.
