Namasivayam Vasantha Kumar

Namasivayam Vasantha Kumar is currently the Chairman of Safe Holdings Pvt Ltd.
He is also serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Ceylinco Insurance Plc, DFCC Bank PLC, and Senkadagala Finance PLC.
Additionally, he holds director positions at Peoples Leasing Fleet Management Ltd., Peoples Leasing Property Development Ltd., Wealth Lanka Management Pvt Ltd., People's Leasing Havelock Properties Ltd., Asset Trust Management (Pvt) Ltd., Lankan Alliance Finance Ltd., and Institute of Bankers of Srilanka as a Member-Governors Board.

Prior to that, he worked as a Treasurer at ANZ Grindlays Bank and as a Senior Deputy General Manager-Treasury at People's Bank (Sri Lanka).
He also served as the President of The Association of Primary Dealers and Sri Lanka Forex Association.
Mr. Kumar obtained an MBA from The University of Wales.
