Thomas Mark Feldstein

Tom Feldstein is the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of GTIS.
Mr. Feldstein’s primary responsibilities include overseeing the firm’s legal affairs both in the US and Brazil, as well as the firm’s operations, offices and infrastructure.
Mr. Feldstein is a member of the General Partner’s Investment Committee and is a member of the Board of Directors of Brazil Hospitality Group, one of the largest owners and managers of hotels in Brazil.
Mr. Feldstein was previously employed as Chief Executive Officer by Tishman Speyer Australia Ltd. and Chief Executive Officer by Tishman Speyer Office Fund.
Mr. Feldstein received an A.B. with Honors and Distinction from Stanford University in 1979 and a J.D.
from Northwestern University in 1983.
