Thomas Wagenhofer

Thomas Wagenhofer is the founder of Gate Energy, Inc. He currently holds director positions at Giant Capital Management Ltd., Giant Capital Bermuda Ltd., and Giant Capital GP Ltd. Previously, he held director and technical director positions at Curzon Energy Plc from 2016 to 2018, was a non-executive chairman at Magnolia Petroleum Plc from 2016 to 2017, and was a senior managing director at Macquarie Bank Ltd. (London Branch).
He also held a vice president position at Ryder Scott Co. LP and was a partner at Giant Capital LLC.
Wagenhofer received his graduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 1995 and his undergraduate degree from the University of Alaska in 1994.
