Die Cicor Gruppe differenziert sich durch ihre herausragenden technolo- gischen Kompetenzen deutlich vom Wettbewerb. Das macht Cicor insbe- sondere für Kunden aus den strategischen Zielmärkten Medizintechnik, Industrieelektronik sowie Luft- und Raumfahrt zu einem gefragten Ent- wicklungs- und Fertigungspartner für anspruchsvolle Elektroniklösungen.
Seit Neustem darf Cicor auch ein führendes Unternehmen aus der Halb- leiterindustrie zu ihren geschätzten Kunden zählen. Für das langfristig ausgelegte Kundenprojekt, bei dem höchste Anforderungen hinsichtlich Reinheit und Kontamination sowie weitere Vorgaben aus der Halbleiter- Industrie zu erfüllen sind, wurde im Werk Bronschhofen ein hochreiner Fertigungsbereich in Betrieb genommen.
Der neue Fertigungsbereich besteht dabei aus zwei räumlich getrennten Elementen. Der Bereitstellungs- und Reinigungsbereich ist über Mate- rialschleusen mit dem eigentlichen Herzstück, einem Reinraum der ISO Klasse 6, verbunden.
Um die höchste Reinheit der gefertigten Produkte sicherzustellen, wurde in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden eine industrielle Elektro- nikreinigungsanlage evaluiert und an die spezifischen Anforderungen angepasst. Sämtliche Reinigungsparameter werden stets in Echtzeit erfasst und zwecks lückenloser Rückverfolgung protokolliert.

Recently, Cicor has also been able to count a leading company from the semiconductor industry to its valued customers. For this long-term customer project, which has to meet the highest requirements in terms of cleanliness and contamination as well as other specifications from the semiconductor industry, a highly clean production area has been put into operation at the Bronschhofen site.
The new production area consists of two physically separate elements. The supply and cleaning area is connected via material locks to the actual core, an ISO Class 6 clean room.
To ensure the highest cleanliness of the manufactured products, an industrial electronics cleaning system was evaluated in close cooperation with the customer and adapted to the specific requirements. All cleaning parameters are always recorded in real time and logged for full traceability.
