Investment AB Latour ist ein Unternehmen mit Sitz in Schweden. Der Geschäftsgegenstand der Gesellschaft ist der Erwerb und die Verwaltung von Aktien und anderen beweglichen Gütern. Das Unternehmen ist in zwei Geschäftsbereiche unterteilt. Der eine besteht aus dem eigenen Industrie- und Handelsgeschäft und der andere ist ein Portfolio mit börsennotierten Beteiligungen. Die Industrie- und Handelsaktivitäten sind in vier Geschäftsbereiche gegliedert: Hultafors Group, Latour Industries, Specma Group und Swegon. Das Beteiligungsportfolio des Unternehmens umfasst Assa Abloy, Fagerhult, HMS Networks, Loomis, Nederman, Nobia, Securitas, Sweco und Tomra. Die Geschäfte des Unternehmens werden von den beiden hundertprozentigen Tochtergesellschaften Nordiska Industri AB und Latour-Gruppen AB geführt. Der Handel mit Aktien und Wertpapieren wird von der Karpalunds Angbryggeri AB abgewickelt, während die Verwaltung der Wertpapiere von der hundertprozentigen Tochtergesellschaft Saki Forvaltning AB übernommen wird.
